The fifth Lecture talks about the nature of God the Father, God the Son and the Holy Spirit. This is probably the most controversial lecture as it is believed to demonstrate a trinitarian view of the God head. 1. In our former lectures we treated of the being, character, perfections, and attributes, of God. What we mean by perfections is, the perfections which belong to all the attributes of His nature. We shall, in this lecture, speak of the Godhead — we mean the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. 2.  Joseph W. Sitati was born in Bungoma, Kenya on the 16th of May 1952.  He married Gladys Nangoni in July 1976. and gave birth to five children. He joined the Church in 1986, serving as a branch president, stake president, district president, counselor in a mission presidency, and mission president. In 2009, he was sustained as a general authority, becoming the second person of African descent to be ordained as one. (The first being Helvecio Martins.) Based in Monongahela, Pennsylvania, The Church of Jesus Christ, also known as the Bickertonite Church, is the third largest branch of the restoration. After the martyrdom of Joseph Smith, Sidney Rigdon created his own church in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania. After a while, Rigdon left for Greencastle, leaving behind those who did not follow him.  A branch of those left behind was organized under William Bickerton, who said he was called by God in a vision to preach the Gospel. He was called to preside over the church and called apostles to preside with them. The church was incorporated into Pennsylvania in 1865 with the name "The Church of Jesus Christ." In 1856, many of the Saints were already in Utah, but some handcart companies were still on their way to Utah. They left a little later than planned, and the snow was coming earlier than expected. When Brigham Young heard about this, he was determined to help out, giving a fiery sermon on the 5th of October to the Saints to help out anyway they can.   I wish the most strict attention of the entire congregation, for if there is walking and talking within and around this bowery, a great many will not be able to hear. And I request those who wish to talk and whisper, to remove so far that they will not disturb the congregation today, nor during the Conference, as the assembly, undoubtedly, will be very large.
